I don't view my government as force. Please allow me to share with you some things I do appreciated that my government provides. I myself have always spent many many hours in the library. I can read tons of magazines, books, and newspaper. I truly think that type of shit kept me out of a lot of trouble in my youth. I still enjoy the library to this very day.
My first attempt at college was on a athletic scholarship, due to my foolishness and youth I lost that scholarship. I decided to join the USAF to help pay for school and to do something with my life. Turned out I made a career out of it,as well as finishing school and getting a home, motorcycle, cars, and provide for my family. My VA loan helped me obtain my second home quick and easy( claimed it as my primary residence

). When most people where just trying to figure out life, I was already doing it.
I must credit USAF for my success ( as well as me doing the right things). None of this was done by FORCE. Now do I think my government has room to improve....HELL I would say plenty, but I also see wonderful things it provides.
Now I ask you once more. If you feel that all this government does is force you to do things against your will WTF do you stay.
Thank you for responding in a reasonable way and sharing some interesting but irrelevant to the topic, aspects of your life. I appreciate that you think you answered the question in a responsive way.
You can choose not to view your government as force, but you have provided no evidence to back up that it is not. In fact, you are wrong, blatantly so.
The present model of Government can only exist WITH force. That is obvious. You can't even name one thing that they do where no force or threat of force is used to achieve it.
You describe some of the benefits of the force that you like, but you didn't and can't refute the force or threats of force that is used to achieve those things. I can believe in Santa Claus, but that doesn't prove he's real does it?
Government is not voluntarily funded. How was the money you were paid in USAF acquired? Was it taken or given?
I like libraries too, that doesn't mean that Public libraries don't exist thru involuntary funding though.
I don't "feel" that government is force. It is force. That is a demonstrable fact. I feel that breasts are beautiful, that is an opinion. Facts are not opinions and opinions are not facts. Again, your opinion that a fact isn't a fact isn't a refutation, it's a sidestep.
Can you tell me anything that coercive government does that is not funded by force? I bet I can tell you lots of things that are.
I'll answer your question now.
Nobody owns me but me and I don't own and never did own anybody else. That goes for all people. I'll stay where I am and leave when I'm damn good and ready. Also, it's not "my" government, that would imply one of two things ; 1) I voluntarily joined it or 2) I am a slave where my consent didn't matter.
Any benefit that is achieved thru force can and should be done without the force. Can you refute that? Peace.
How come you look at the things you like, but fail to address the means of how they are achieved?
