Germination can begin February 1st.
Autos are not recommended or allowed, Regs, Fems, freebies, bagseeds, and homebrew crosses are all fair game. The latter of which is what I won the last one with.
If your seeds are not "ABOVE GROUND" by 3-1 then better luck next time!

Dates are fixed, Must be sprouted by 3-1-15 I can't say a definite end date- Only POLITELY request that no one run any strains that flower for more than 10-12 weeks

Well, I wanted to use my IG 200 for a bit first and take a break from watering
I was hoping for a 7'th Party Cup Competition to try again in I mean, I could try a Blumat Party Cup, especially since I'm starting a veg tent.....see if it can compare to your mini dwc.
