Frozen will make the competition thread once we figure out the registration. Then its a mad race to the finish line of dank. That is pretty much my strategy this go around, except its 2 regs 3 fems for me, just gotta figure out what the regs are gonna be...

Welcome James, you'll use the final thread to journal your whole grow from germination to finish. Once you post the first update, then weekly updates w/pics are a requirement. Cheers...

The 3 fems will all be some nirvana strain, havent nailed that down.
For the regs I am thinking about blue bubba by hazeman or jack cheddar by karma.
Just curous what I am up against

Appreciate it bro but thinking 2 Blue Power fems and 3 freebies I got from Cannaventure either SFVOG x Ortega or Tahoe x Triple Nova. OG and Kush party cups

Oh that blue power (sin city?) is a frost monster, tried to grab that for the ngr 1 year promo but it was out.

I really want to do a OG Ghost Train Haze #1 fem that I recently got...supposedly it's a 65-80 day flower time so idk though...kinda long..

If you pop in the beginning, you'd probably be alright.... ESPECIALLY since you got those 730's, right?

Going to try DIY again, likely 4x DIY regs of JTR x Blueberry, every seed from the last batch I've popped so far (7) have been viable and vigorous. One commercial fem, favouring the Blue Pyramid still have 4 seeds after running one and getting a monster with a huge dominant main.

That nirvana bubblelicius got me a top ten finish last time but it's gotta be more. I'm intrigued with the La Plata alien bubba bx3 I have because I haven't seen anybody anywhere run it yet it looks fire. I have 3 in veg right now. I'm thinking barneys farm 1 liberty haze, 1 LSD, 3 reg alien bubba bx3. Good luck everyone.

I`m in as long as my flowering room`s light schedule is under the 13/11 requirements

I`ll have to check that when I can get near the timer

Still think that 14/10 should be allowed as long as the plant finishes in the agreed time limit for harvest ?

Just to be clear, IR does not count towards the lighting rules right ?

I mean if someone had a cctv cam with IR lights that ran during lights off they wouldn't be breaking the rules would they ?

and if people using deep red for 15 mins before lights on and after lights out does that time have to come out of their light period or their dark period ?

Just so were clear on the rules, I think its a bit silly telling people what lighting schedule to use but there`s no rules on what nutes or PGR`s your allowed to feed ? I mean there`s some chems out there that will give you monsters fast but we all know how bad some of them can be for you.

In my experience, the cams don't do anything to the plants. So, I would think it doesn't count. Can't answer the other questions though....

Your lighting has to be declared in the beginning, and you must stick to that schedule for the entire competition, be that using 730's in accordance with the 11/13-13/11 photo-schedule, or not... nutrients must also be declared, and you are the one smoking it.... Chems aren't gonna buy my vote though, well unless you have magical unicorn tears.... Then maybe.... traditionally largest yield has gotten first, but I know a lot of people are voting for beauty this round... @epicfail has that on lockdown, so watch out!
Infrared from a night vision cam I don't think is a problem, I'd like to know if anyone has a problem with it.
As for telling everyone what lighting schedule to use being "silly", I would say that you probably shouldn't be here then... That's one of the MOST IMPORTANT factors of this competition - 12/12 from seed.... I actually even thought about leaving it 12/12 with no wiggle room, so if you have a problem with 11/13, 12/12, or 13/11 from seed, I would strongly advise you against joining in....


IMHO, it takes a grower that has: Experience, Ingenuity, Skill, and the ability to "read" their plants to place in these competitions.
