it was not no where near that it was maybe 0.4 mls .........weight wise it is 0.2 grams

they weight the whole pen itself and counted that as oil to make the case

Grats dude. I knew it was a bunk charge. Always good to shell out tha dough and be sure though! A felony DUI cost my homie $15,000 house arrest and he has to pay for that, proby, his own pee tests, outpatient rehab. It's all a big money game. I think that's why they trumped up your charges.

i am doing something worst making a batch of shine.........stil is getting cleared /cleaned up as i speak tomorrow when i wake i shall run it and toke the miracle of shine (not to close lost a inch on the beard like that)

i been a good boy i had it all ready and made up nice rum pit (2 years i left it alone this winter i open cleared off all the goo and boiled the water to add to mash to flavor it) this should be a heavy rich one

mahahahahaha the amish fucker's dark rum shall live

lol Dude I make shine too. Been a while, but have a stove top still. Usually mix 5 gallons of mash at a time. Like to use sweet feed. Distill it right and last time I woke up on the floor. ;-)

im not Amish just plain ole Murican mutt. But we should all know how to do these things in case the stuff goes down someday ya know. Nothing wrong with being prepared. Enjoy.

Congrats man. I'm glad that cloud of uncertainty regarding punishment has lifted. I've never been jailed but real close once on serious charges and it's the waiting around and not knowing that wracks on your brain. I've been sober for many years but my situation kicked off a serious alcoholism issue for me for quite a few years.

thanks and good looking out ..........no worries on me and drinking i did my time with it i make my own for the Co2 and the fact i can give it away as gifts (who does not like a quart of shine.....even my lawyer will take some )......it is something i can set and age for ppl and give as a good gift i understand the artform now nowhere near as good as the masters but i can do what i want just the fine tweaks i need more time to learn
