how is the mahi to eat double j? is it more on the flakey side, or more on the fishy, like blue fish, side, kind of oily?

We raise a garden. We raise chickens that run free. The eggs get a dark orange yolk. We pluck chickens and eat them. Good chicken and dumplings.


We raise grass fed beef. Its almost game tasting.

I hunt private land and still buy hunting license, it pays for conservation.


State wildlife and private hunting and fishing clubs have done more for conservation than Peta ever thought about doing.

My latest fave recipe has been to stuff a jalapeno with cream cheese, wrap it with a filleted breast and then wrap it all in bacon and grill until the bacon is crisp

I hunt,fish and raise rabbits so there's plenty of meat eating going on around here. Pretty much with every meal in some form. Weirdest animal I've ever eaten would have to be kangaroo. Really good tho.
