I'm talking principle, not action. I don't think people who are against drugs should be forced to pay for other's use, or people who are even FOR drugs shouldn't be forced to pay for others that won't work. I think if you want to pay for everyones pot you are more than welcome, I think the fact that you want to use government force to make ALL tax payers pay for it proves everything Robroy says about you that you deny.

How do you feel about Scott Walkers attempt to cut 300 million from State Universities but ok 500 million to build a basketball arena for the Bucks ?

I think it's stupid but I think that's up to the citizens of Wisconsin who love their sports more than it's up to you and I.

The Palace in Auburn Hills is still a beautiful arena, but there are efforts to get the Pistons back downtown with a new stadium because of the revenue it brings into the area.

You think LA would build a new arena if the NFL said they could have a team with one? You think Jerry Brown would live if he refused? You think the citizens there would mind if he cut funding to USC to do it?

I think using brilliant and UB in the same sentence is funny. I think if you think he's brilliant then you must not be very bright. I don't think his schtick would play well in court at all. I doubt he could get his clients off by accusing the other lawyer of being a racist. Beyond that he really doesn't have anything.

This is the city that just went through bankruptcy. They've crunched the numbers and it will be a net gain, but believe me when I tell you about my people in Detroit. The net gain is minor, it's the new stadium they are excited about.

I don't live there so I can't speak on it with any inside knowledge. Will it keep the Bucks in Milwaukee? Is that why the new stadium is needed?

You realize how many people's livelihood is tied to that franchise don't you?

Well, examine it further please before you wet your panties. What are they cutting? Is it funding for the new fountains and the lawnmower guys pension increase? If they don't build a stadium will the bucks move causing billions of lost revenue to the area?
