in fact, when we ask for clarity, you don't give it.
for example, you have stated over and over that some "geographic regions" maybe did not "evolve from the neck up".
that sounded like evolutionary racism to me, and when i asked you over and over and over again about which regions, you balked, ran away, obfuscated, and were generally the slimy little piece of coward you usually are.
then we come to find out months later (on a google search for "ginwilly racism") that you out and out believe that blacks are simply less intelligent and naturally so.
i posted the entire revealing quote so no one can misrepresent your belief that blacks are simply less intelligent, a key tenet in your white supremacy beliefs.
