I thought you were above throwing people's health problems in their face. You know better dude, you should be advocating for the patient. This time though, his partner stuck an arm out to balance and it clipped Dana's legs, his partner hit the ground and was dead on impact, Dana landed without his shoot but lived. He should also be receiving a few additional stipends yearly, clothing, wheelchair, and he is eligible for a grant of up to $25,000 to alter his home to suit his legless needs.
I have a few problems, the PTSD only accounts for a small 40% rating out of my total. Add up my knees, shoulders, lower back, right wrist, left ankle, that is a much higher number. Everything is added together Semi-cumulatively, actually it usually gets rounded down quite aggressively and a formula is also used to combine them. It is a bit wonky unless you sit down and use the matrix, add up all disabilities according to their official tables they use.

To take the rating he would have had to take the discharge and he wanted to prove a no-legged guy could still do the job. I applaud him. They gave him 6 months to prove it, and he did. I thought he was treated very fairly. He said he had to petition the army to get reinstated, they compromised on the 6 month period.

You must be confusing me with somebody else. I never said I served during desert storm. I was in the Army from '71 to 74. I worked as a civilian in Iraq from 06 to 08.
