Added lime a couple weeks ago so defiantly wouldn't be Calcium. We pretty much figured it's most likely a fungal infection or a potassium deficiency.

Basically since they are so close to finishing I'll just be loading her up with microbe teas and fresh water. She might not look the best as a whole at the end but product and yield won't be effected.

Life's been good, just slowly upping my game day by day. Next ill be running three 5g pots under my scrog. 800w of total light in 12 sqft of space. Trying to rock a lbs outta there.

How have things been going on your end bud? Can't remember what you were working on last.
Topdressing with lime isn't going to cut it ADT. It takes too long for it to work and really needs to already be in your soil. I don't think Woody meant to sound rude he was just being straight forward with you. (I've heard him being rude before) I don't know where "we" is getting fungal or potassium deficiency but "we" is misguided.

You and I have already talked about the lime. You said topdressing might help but you need it already mixed in your soIl. So I top dressed and there is lime in my soil mixes being used in the future. So all of that information was already covered anyways.

The fungal and potassium comments came from fellow members in the organic section. Out of everything I heard these sounded most reasonable to me. I took out the possibility of it being lack of calcium because I figured the top dressing helped it a bit and it being watered in for a couple weeks figured by now I would be getting SOME benefits.

Some yes but probably too little too late and as Woody said the fish may have been too much causing calcium lockout. I did notice the burnt tips in the pics so....

Alright, well thanks for the information. I must of just over done it with the fish trying to solve another problem creating yet another problem.

I feel like I'm in the right direction now though. Learn from mistakes right?

I'm doing well, just been busy. There is also a good possibility I'm going to leave my current IT job and work as a systems engineer for Nissan.

Last run I had a purple monkey, super haze and bagseed. I crossed the pm and sh. Currently I just had a pineapple express and aurora indica sprout and are in the tent right now. I also have one of my crosses germinating as well. I also still have a good bit of pm pollen so may cross one of the others with that while collecting pollen from the pe.

12/12 the whole run.

Well that Nissan job would sure be a change up, might be some fun. Hows the money look?

I'm guessing that's the Purple Monkey from Dank, it didn't herm out on you?

Well good news is the with a microbe tea feed and a plain fresh water feed that things seem to be slowing down to a halt. I have full confidence she will finish without a hitch. I also learned some more things in the process, which is always a bonus.

Some more good news, going to be ordering two 180w, 90w actual, LED fixtures to replace my two 4x 23w T5s. The actual wattage draw will be the same, but I expect a lot more growth with the full spectrum and stronger light penetration. Plus the heat will drop signficultly from where it's at, which is currently high for my liking.

So a better veg zone I should mean better plants going into flower. Which SHOULD mean a better yield and happy plants in the long run.

The money is decent (not much more than I make now), but I've been in contact with them for like a week now and it has been a painful experience. I even had to tell my "would be" supervisor to check his spam folder for my email response and it took him 2 days to get to that. Not sure I want to be around that much incompetence. That and I'm pretty sure they want me to take a hair follicle test and there is no way I can pass that.

As for the purple monkey, yes, that was from him and no it never hermied (except when I forced it) to give me pollen.

It may of been to late to add lime to the soil but you still could foliar feed at 1 teaspoon of dolomite lime per quart of water. The problem with calcium deficiency is its usually followed by others.

You need to build you a good base soil that you can do just water and supplement with teas.

Never heard of using it for a foliar spray. I'll keep that one in the books.

I've had a good base soil for the longest time, I don't remember the last time I bought a bag of soil. It's just these last two runs I noticed shit getting out of wack about 5 to 6 weeks into flower. So I've added some things to my soil mix and my next run should be good to go.

Alright so does everyone now understand that my next soil mix will be different?

I swear I've said it five times now lmao. :p

I didn't mean the soil itself. I meant everything you put in it should last you all the way through without having to add, only teas to supplement if you want.

But yes foliar feeding will give you quick results.

Oh you're talking like a super soil pretty much. I mean I've thought about doing that method before. I was doing ROLS for a while but kind of feel out of it, kind of doing it weird thing between the two lol.

Oh I've read teaming with microbes before, it's downloaded on my computer. I know how the microbes work and everything. I just had a mishap in my soil now it seems like everyone is saying I need to go to square one. Starting to get to me lol
I never said any of that. I'm simply saying evidentially something is missing if 2 runs have gone astray weeks 6+, those are the most important times for them. Take it however you want but I'm only trying to help....

Buds look nice ADT
I don't think I would foliar feed anything this late in flower, but (that's just my opinion) @giggles26 does the dolomite lime dissolve easily? I wouldn't think so but I've never tried it so...
