From what I read, he was quite "able" to finish college. The Dems claims he was thrown out have been solidly debunked. Whatever his reason, he seems to have done very well for himself.

Do you think those last few classes he needed to receive his degree would have exposed him to enough liberal bullshit to change his obvious Conservative bent? Or would it have taken something more drastic, like a lobotomy?

Scott Walker was supposedly 34 credits away from a degree, with a normal schedule of 16 credits per semester. That would put him at about a year away. Why would you not complete something that you started ? This will doom him in his attempt as POTUS.

Really, is there a degree requirement for POTUS that isn't required for governor? His political success flies in the face of your assumption. I seem to remember quite a bit of confident glee from our lefty friends on RIU before his recall election. That panned out as well for you as the Zimmerman verdict.
