seems like all these questions there asking is to possibly shape the new program. Grow boxes, inspections etc

Just restrict residential to say 15x15 foot max area and if anyone one wants bigger they need agricultural land. Just like some cities had restrictions on garden size, if its big enough it needs to be on properly zoned land.

unfortunate part is that patients already fought this fight...a dozen years ago...and won....clearly...
so why change it now....to cash in on the big picture....through a legislated back door...which has been
re-opened to allow friends of gov. and anti's a way to cash in on it.........with-out looking like criminals...

I'm not a no mind gb...it is a self contained unit...nothing hanging from my ceilings...not extra power needed...comes on all by itself both vegging and flowering...it's compact and convenient...much as I would like a room, I don't think I have the physical capacity to tend to a bigger garden...grow boxit's just a expression. Means nothing. It's a term used for no minds in order to understand what a grow room actually is. A self contained box.
This is going to be one Loooong court battle.

I was speaking more for the court people who cannot understand what a grow space actually is and what it requires to work.
Its going to be a long process explaining everything to these people, was my point. There's just way to much for the average person to even comprehend whats what ....
