I believe Obama is in bed with the muslim brotherhood.
Seriously? Who fed you that line of Bullshit?
Think for yourself!
I believe Obama is in bed with the muslim brotherhood.
ask Doer. He is the resident expert and he has the created threads to prove it.In "the war on terror", president Bush vocalized his opinion shortly after 9/11;
Obama has since seemingly agreed;
In your opinion, do you think addressing foreign terrorism by addressing the most extremist factions of Islam - Al-Qaeda, the Taliban, Boko Haram, the Tamil Tigers, etc.. that, according to president Obama and former president Bush are responsible for altering the perception of Islam in the west is the most effective way to eliminate international terrorism, or do you think Bush and Obama are wrong and that Islam, as a religion as a whole, is to blame for foreign terrorism? Why?
America is currently at war with itself- and cynically uses the War On Terror as the means to extract billions in taxes from the lower classes in order to fund outlandishly expensive weapons and campaigns... that enrich the upper class.
The Muslims are just the bogeymen du jour in an endless fight to continue endless war (fought with soldiers hailing from the lower class) and thereby continue endless funneling of money into the pockets of the rich.

Did y'all know that the drug wars in Mexico are killing more people than all the conflicts in the middle east combined? Nobody cares because THAT isn't an excuse to pump up the profits of America's war machine.
I'm not being cynical; these are the facts on the ground.
That's it right there. War is very profitable for the folks that sit at the top. Our military no longer "protects" us, they are a tool of corporate America.
What say you to my suggestions for change?

I agree with everything you wrote.... particularly neutering the ability of the wealthy few to influence elections and policy.
Considering that corporate America is in bed with (almost) every member of capitol hill, and even the supreme court has become a partisan institution.... how would you go about changing things? IMO Americans are too soft and complacent to undergo any type of civil uprising. It would take a Martin Luther King type figure to occupy the White House and shine a light on all of this. Even then, that type of person would likely be assassinated inside of the 1'st year in office.
I say it should have no part in public (ie political) life or in places described as "public places".Do you believe Islam should exist?
If you do, to what extent exactly? Completely private, as in Muslims should not be allowed to pray in public? Somewhat restricted, as in Muslims should only be allowed to pray at their Mosques or homes? Or totally equal, as in Muslims can practice their religion wherever they want?
It's pretty clear you already believe Islamic worship should be a private affair... The only reason I ask is because you seem to be somewhat of a US constitutionalist while simultaneously hating the USA, which is fair enough, this thread isn't about your own personal beliefs and I can't say I disagree with them in a few aspects.. Moving on though.. Do you believe free men and women should be allowed the right to their own personal beliefs? How should a free man in the US who believes in Sharia Law conduct himself? (If this applies to you) How do you reconcile your belief that free men should be able to practice their religion freely, while simultaneously believing that a man's religion is the supreme law of the land - at least to him anyway? You say this, they say that, so who's right, in the end?
In the US, the constitution is the law of the land. I give you points for a strange question.

I should also be able to believe "Smaug the Dragon" chases unicorns on Jupiters second moon, it doesnt mean I should be allowed walk around shouting it in peoples ears, obstruct pathways, etc.
On their land/property/etc then whatever, in temples/churches, also whatever.
It should ESPECIALLY not play any part in politics tho, that should solely be the domain of pragmatism and fact.
The US Constitution has lots of good parts and some bad parts, its a good document overall tho.

Its well overdue that we start the transition, even my son laughs at religious people for being retarded.I just wish we could figure out how to live up to it.
