I love this holy day. I actually laugh my ass off watching the St. Pat's day parade in Tokyo. They really have one, and it looks like more fun than hanging with the hooligans in Manhattan. Anyway, I love my corned beef and cabbage, love green beer, and really get a kick out of watching the whole world become Irish, and get all fucked up.
So, question is what do you like about St. Paddy's day? What was the stupidest thing you did on that day?(we all should have at least one, or you missed the boat) Give me a reason why it should not be an international holiday. It seems to me that the world stops anyway, to imbibe and wish they were born Irish. Pretty funny when you think of it, because a lot of Irish wish they were anything but Irish, because there is actually a lot of baggage that come with it, like as always being asked are you an alcoholic.

Can't wait, colcannon and corned brisket. I don't usually boil it I usually like to smoke it or just braise it.
