Well I was wrong about Garis when his ass is put on the line under oath there's not much bark.

i thought we'd get better info from him but he's like the rest-all smoke & mirrors (no pun intended)
funny how he says grows are 24 times at risk for fire but under oath, he didn't say that...no data or back up to prove that.

i can't wait for the Smith trial if this is anything to show. i am still wondering why Smith is happening at all after the HC witness that said they don't tell us how to use our dried product. was or is her head in the sand??

I'm just hoping the judge really is taking this in, there's no way he can't be sitting there and wondering why this case is one sides so much and why all info used to remove MMAR and start MMPR was made up and tainted by personal bias.

I just hope they don't give HC a year to make everything "constitutional". We've already tried that, they sucked a big dick at it. Just remove cannabis and all extractions/derivitives from the CDSA!

agreed but i hope they go back to MMAR until they sort it out...and keep the LP's involved for those who need them. give us choice

Nor should anyone have to re qualify....no need for the medical end of things to grab another 200 bucks from the sick

reinstate the MMAR?

i agree. it's flawed. it's better than MMPR though. give us back MMAR until they create a system where if you can grow or get someone to do it for you, you can. if you need to use LP's-you can.

If a house uses more than it's possible 80% of its total hydro in a month...ya.... Hydro SHOULD shut them down but
