Its simple Garis is of mind that he knows best and even with facts in his face refuses to change because of personal bias. He got his 15 min of fame in the news. This is not different than any professional politician, his views come before the public ones.

Sorry I had to jump the gun and post this. So in his expert opinion as an insurance broker who attended a pot trade show he can tell what is safe or not without seeing it installed in a home??
