Freedom of Speech might work best when paired with intelligence but it is afforded too all in the US dumb and smart as a Constitutional Right. Someone Dumb might not know all their rights so naturally they can be taken advantage of or convinced they don't have a right when they do. I see it all day, posted on Facebook, cops bullying people out of their rights.
You say its not a freedom of speech issue if it was we'd be locked up. We don't get locked up in the US for exercising our Constitutional Rights. Not legally anyway..
You are right about the way they have to run their business to stay open but its because some dumbass in government other than the shop owner said it has to be that way or we'll shut you down. Which is what my post is about.

I think it might have been a little the "Don't be a dumbass." ... And a lot the steroids I just started taking today for an upper respiratory infection. Steroids got me feeling like the hulk with PMS..

The First Amendment was never freedom of consequence from the content of your speech, nor free from abridgement for venue et al. For example a petulant teen having a temper tantrum in class, can be removed even while quoting his First Amendment rights.
