New grow tent heat issue of course

So i just put 2 1000s hps air cooled into my 8x4 grow tent (agromax xl) I have a 6" in line fan on the outside of the tent pulling air through both hoods and a can 33 on the other end of the tent . (Up high to catch hot air) in take is a 4in inline fan sucking air from a hole cut into the floor the air comes from the basement and it's 21F outside ( the basement is not heated it's the basement of a 3 decker and not even excessable from inside the building where the apts are you have to go out back and under the porch to get into it) so I added a 4inch booster fan to help blow the intake air in too. Still at like 90F in the tent at night... Any suggestions

Do you have a good fan blowing the heat up and away from the canopy? I had the same problem 'til i added cross-ventilation; Dropped temps 15 degrees and even turned down my cool-tube fan.

I went to walmart and got one 6" clip on fan (non-oscillating) and one 8" air moving fan. Of course my tent is 3 times smaller than yours, so...

Ya 2000 is a LOT of heat I already know come summer I will need to ad a window. Ac unit and figure out the logistics ... Might look into those cold water light cooling systems .... But I will def need a 8in fan too I'm just worried it will be to high of a cfm rating for my can 33 ... And what's the point of running it on half lower when I have 6inch fan already

All I know is, I was using a tjernlund 5400 fan to cool a 600w cool tube and also had the ducting set up to exchange the air in the tent every minute or so, and temps still soared to 95 a couple times. I knew I had to be doing something wrong. Adding the fans to stir up the air in the tent made all the difference in the world.

And the good thing is I have plenty of time to figure it out I'm only using to bloom 4 or 5 plants so I can just run one light for this cycle anyway

Update : so I added 3 6" clip on fans and set them in the corners so they are blowing air around in a big circle around the tent facing 90 degrees from each other on 3 corners of the tent. Then I went out and bought a oscalating tower fan 32" and put the in the corner with out a clip on fan ... Is 82f in the tent right now and lights are only set to 600watts.... So I think now I have 2 options change 6inchh exhaust to 8inch (last resort bc a bigger fan would defeat the purpose of the can 33 in the tent due to to high cfm) or get a 6inch booster fan and try to help blow some of the hot air up out of the tent (2 fans and 2 more locations added if necessary)

Was just reading through your original post again. Having just one 4" intake for a 4x8 tent sounds kind of smallish. I have two 6" passive intakes in my 3x3 with 600hps.

How do feel about keeping my 4" inline for one intake fan and cutting another hole in my floor and running another intake but through a 6" inline fan w a bigger hole? Or should I just use 2 4" fans

I'm no expert, but i think at least one more 4" intake. That looks really nice and clean. Also, you're ballasts are throwing a lot of heat off. I have my ballast mounted on a wall outside the tent.
