That sounds like a good option if you are sticking with cfls. I don't think five is realistic under cfls tho, maybe sick with 2 or 3 and see how that does
They do? 250w HPS consumes 250w.
Real NL is from Sensi, RQS/Nirvana/Dinafem should be a good low budget option.
No it doesn't, just like an astronomical number of 1g/watt under CFL's.

If he is sticking with cfls then that is a better option than what he has now. I agree hps is the way to go, a 600w hps is going to yield better than 600w of cfl. He is looking to stick with cfls tho from what I read, so what he was thinking will work for his purposes.

CFL is only good for veg, it doesn't have enough PAR to bloom shit.
600w in 4x4 is a fire hazard and will not yield more than 250w, and if you think that then you're a noob yourself.

You have obviously never seen the amount of heat a 600w HPS would produce in a 4 plant space, and haven't read about Canna's metabolism and growth rate drop to a still after 90F.
About every grow book out there will tell you that.
Try Sensi's NL Auto, it's both easy to grow and budget friendly. It's one of the the best beginner strains out there.

Still again no. Even if he does nothing g wrong it would be less. You have to be a top notch grower to get 1 gpw. Not everyone and their brother are getting that.
