Just bought 10 absolutely beautiful UP acres this morning. Greenhouse ready, dream house ready. Electric is there just begging to be worked, and it will.
I made 14 years of being with me worth it to belle today, and that is saying a fuck of a lot. UP overgrow!!

Some neighborhoods of detroit are so cleared out from people now the critters are moving back in. Deer and bear shouldn't be too far off now.

There is a cleared section in the front on US2. I will throw up some sort of business. In the middle in a really nice clearing where we will build a house, barn, a greenhouse or two, and a nice pond.
The back is woods. I bought a mobile home and I hope to have it delivered and set-up within the next few weeks, then I can haul water and get to work. I was really caught off guard by the cost of getting everything going. The driveway I expected to be about a grand, it's five.
Well and septic will be another $10-12k. .
Needless to say, I'll be hauling water, and pooping in an outhouse for most the summer. lmao.
We told our patients that zips increased to $850 for a 20 gram zip. roflmao. Just kidding.
I think I have a few pics that I can post. We are currently 2 1/2 hrs from the mackinaw bridge, this will put us about an hour from the bridge.

There are a few campers that came with the property. They are junk, they will be up for sale quickly. One of them has a new magic chef stove/oven and fridge in it though. That's cool. I'll keep those.
This is the new medicated acres though. Belle is crazy happy about moving home.

The people before used it as a hunting camp. The pic of the barrels were where they kept their dogs, that they used for bear hunting. Not sure
where they were from, but the old guys wife died and simply said he'll never go back to the property since she passed. I'm gonna have to move the
power back 100-200 yards from where it's currently at and I don't know what that is going to run. I'm just fucking scared to ask at this point. lmao.
It needs to be buried though. We are waiting on results from soil tests to see if we will need a raised septic or standard.

Looking for a nice detroit (or hamtramck) location that would make a nice private, members only club.
Anyone know of anything that could work. Preferences of location would be Eastern Market, downtown and east side, but those are just my comfort zones, the right spot is the right spot.
