Everything American is subject to federal decisions. Equal protection under the law means they get it should the law be written,....Well laws are written now that recognize same sex as a marriage, that`s covered in my State now, it does not mean access to all incentives, it means they can`t deny the license. But you want it to.
The SCOUTUS has one job, to determine if the Federal law in question brought before them by the federal Court is or is not Constitutional. Which is covering all 50 States. I needed you to tell me that.......
