Weekends make it easier on me but I can swing it when ever. I could drive up Thursday morning and we could fish Friday. I would probably go for two days when I come up.

I have gear I just don't know much about the fishery. I know they troll them on down riggers or drift/mooch them but don't know what size guns. lol

so I need a pole that will hold a 1# sinker ? like a rock cod or trolling outfit ?

No need for reservstions...show up at the dock & get on the boat you choose...they have boats on standby for big runs, they will go from 2 salmon boats to 5-6 during a run...

One cool thing about salmon fishing up here is that everyone keeps fishing until the boat limits out. So your not trolling around for hrs wait for that last guy to limit out....
