I always thought pork was supposed to be dry..as i got older, i realized my mother doesn't know how to cook. I like my pork just a little pink..but if i try to serve it like that i get all kinds of shit..chicken too..try to get it just going from pink to white. One thing I've learned is 90% of people don't know how food SHOULD be prepared...and most don't care. I've gotten to be kind of a foodie, and kinda snobby about food. I really don't like eating out anymore when i can cook better than most of the restaurants around here, for a fraction off the cost..and without leaving the comfort of home..If i want a bottle of wine or a few beers with my meal..no worries about driving..Cayenne pepper, orange juice concentrate, brown sugar. Makes THE best glaze on a pork chop
Smoke it till the meat changes color and your good to go.. i love making pork, for some reason most are used to it being dry and flavorless. A super moist and tender pork chop gets my company everytime. Theyre usually used to an expensive delicious cut of steak, this throws em off and i get all the kudos
