I'm looking at the fastest most acceptable way. It's a way to bury the stigma of equating pot with crime.
how can you oppose a person's want of smoking weed if that weed is only for them?
Plus we both know. You would have to be totally inexcusable stupid to get caught selling in such an environment.

In order to get caught selling in such an environment you would have to pretty much set up a road side stand with a big pot leaf sign.

labeling and lab testing are already here, ditto local licensing and zoning, plus RFID tags on every single plant. every dispensary would do all this anyway even if not required to.
