Yep. I checked the metal screws and they are tight and in the proper place. It seemed to work properly at lights off last night but somewhere in the night it came back on. I've looked the at timer over and over again trying to figure out how it could just come on without any screws in place to turn it on. Just doesn't make any sense.
I have my brother/electrician coming over tonight or tomorrow to replace it and try to figure out what happened. In the meantime, I will be switching the lights on and off manually, which i wish i would have done last night.

Unbelievable!

Well, if they survive, I will be calling this day one of flower.....i guess.

Those Intermatic timers fail too.....I was looking at them yesterday in Home Depot for around $55 each. I used to use them exclusively, now I manually turn on/off because I got tired of the surprises. I estimate they only last about a year or two before I started replacing them.

Hey Dr. G......did Greenthumb ever sell his seed business?

Plant 3 just went downhill in the last few days since the "heat wave" so instead of waiting for it to die, or worse yet, go Hermi, i just cut it down. That leaves me with two, and they don't look so great either. I started to think about cutting them down as well and starting over but decided to do this instead. I will keep these two going as long as i can and start 2 more seeds today just to make up for the crappy start.

So, that's what i did.
2 more ES seeds are now in paper towel....wish me luck.

The timer has been replaced.
On the same day it was replaced my exhaust fan took a dump and I had to replace that as well.

I feel you on that man... it seems when life whats do dump on you it does it all at once.... Heres to bouncing back thou! It makes us who we are!

Both look like they've made a good comeback and the flowering looks to be on schedule. P2 looks like its the healthiest and perhaps the better specimen to begin with.

Depending on what i count as day 1 these are now between day 21 and day 24......not bad!

By the look and smell of these i would bet money its going to be fantastic. The smell is floral/ hashy and the buds are dense and thick.

Thanks for the thread doc! Just EM'd DGT with some questions before I take the plunge. Trying to get some clone stock and figure his strains would be a great place to start. Sorry to stray from the ES but what would be your first choice for potency and easy growth/cloning in his inventory?

Probably the Chemdawg.
A fantastic first plant to run from GT.....you will keep coming back after that one.

Thanks Doc! Still waiting for a reply from DGT as well. Wondering if they sell out if their Ottawa location over the counter. I'm not far away lol.
