So it turns out you don't need absolute darkness, or even moonlight levels of darkness to flower. After moving a few plants that decided to flower, I came across this gem (in TWELVE lux, mind you).
Up close:
I thought I saw hairs as well, but I've never seen developed male flowers before. Do they normally stack berries/nugs like the hops they're related to?
If this is a male I'd appreciate any breeder advice. I've been wanting some male genetics for seed. Regardless of potency, this one has survived 110° weather, unlike some of his counterparts. I could use strong genetics to play with. Also, variety is the spice of life.
