I find it amusing that you started one thread harshing on the idea that less government is a bad thing. Then you whine incessantly about how YOUR government won't "let" you grow a plant. You do see your dilemma don't you, Mr. Cognitive Dissonant Prohibitionist?


You also seem unable to form questions properly, here let me help you by splitting your stupid question into two parts.

Should an adult have sex with a child? I'd say no, I don't like the idea of mismatched ages etc.
I don't see anything "wrong" with teens engaging each other on a consensual basis though, if one is a "legal" adult and one is not. It's their business, not mine.

When you formed your question, dunce, you said "can" something happen, that means is it possible. I'd say that it could be possible as long as the persons involved have the ability to consent, lacking that it would be impossible. The recognition of some things which could be possible is not an endorsement of them by the person making the recognition though is it genius?

I've stated that people that can consent, can consent. People that cannot, cannot. The ability to consent isn't something that appears and disappears based on whether you or I like or endorse a given act. It is independent of the act, in most cases.

If a person does not have the wherewithal to consent, they cannot consent. The ability of a person to consent is not fixed at a given age, but generally speaking the older a person becomes the more likely the ability will occur.
