MjMama! just wanted to stop in and thank you for the recipes you have provided. I've been using the kelp/alfalfa/molasses veg formula and the lactobacillus pm control with great results this year. you have saved me a bundle! I've always battled pm - this year I've had none, even when it thrives on the native foliage on the ground right next to my gals. here's a bud from my hoop row, healthy with your help! These are adjusted at a height where cats and small animals don't set them off, but not everyone has the same type of space I have. I also run a camera, and a separate alarm thats in my 7 foot tall enclosure that's 145 db. I've never had any problems it's more for my own piece of mind. Plus I have a couple of dogs and 4 flood lights. Lol so I guess if someone gets it they have put in some serious time and effort.
I've got security cameras and a couple motion alarms but have trouble with the dogs setting off the motion alarms. It's a fine line between protecting my crop and pissing off the neighbors. Sometimes the neighbors are my first line of defense. The neighbors in front went out to get their cat one night and spotted some guys trying to come up our driveway but they split when they saw her.

I like to use bird netting. It confounded me so badly putting it up. I got so tangled in broad daylight. I can't imagine the problem a ripper would have with it at night. The authorities can't get mad at me for putting bird netting over my garden :)

I just put up some security cameras (4) this week, and I have 3 Driveway alarms out there. I like that that motion alarm set up a few posts back. The only thing I like better about the Driveway alarms I have is that they have 1 base unit, and 1 eye per package. All the eyes go in the garden, and 1 base unit is placed just outside the garden (I want the rippers to hear that alarm go off, I want no confrontation if possible) another base unit goes in my bedroom, and the 3rd goes on my porch.
I have so much ash flying in front of my cameras from these fires that the camera is recording all night (motion sensor mode) that I need to listen for the alarms for intruders. The unit I bought "sleeps" unless it senses motion. The ash is keeping the unit up and recording (night vision really picks up the ash).

Exactly! The Hortitrellis took my shoes straight off my feet when I got tangled in it, lmao. That would give the dogs time to get ahold of them.

I cross bred the Holy Grail with a MOB male to see if I can get a more stable heavier yielding version of the Grail. If I can find something I like outta of it then I'll breed it back into itself. Should be interesting to see what will become of it.

OMG! I just gained 10 pounds and passed out on the floor!

I am glad you got your beautiful garden protected in time!

As for the rain, it broke a few branches and bent a plant over. I am starting to find caterpillars everywhere. I hate spraying BT even if it does work. It smell terrible. I guess I will spend this evening spraying Neem, BT, Coco Wet solution on all of the girls I don't harvest.

Ugg I plucked a few caterpillars out of two plants myself. It's a bad year for them. It helps to spray the rest of the yard with a triple strength dose.

That's some frosty goodness right there. I took two of my smaller plants down. The Holy Grail went straight to ice hash and the DeadheadOG is my early smoke.

I'm really happy with the results from the fresh/chilled ice hash. Chilling vs freezing releases less chlorophyll because we aren't bursting the plant cells like with frozen material.
