Go HID , LED's are overpriced for now and for only 500$ your going to end up with either out dated units or not enough coverage.

Bonjour
Have you read the multiple thread on cxb/vero cob?????
Look at the gpw pulled from those light and you will know what to buy!!!!
400 $ for 200w (real W) of very efficient light is not so expensive regarding to the results
But if you want an olddddd hid, since cob are wayyyy better there must be a lots of used ballast and reflectors to sell...
Read a bit and make your choice!!!
Have a great day ★

Not unless ur buying..
Lol. So many people just look at up front cost and that's it. It takes less than a year to break even on a led fixture in electrical savings. Not only are you producing more usable light per watt but also less heat for the ac to remove. Costs that HID guys don't count for are bulb changes and a little know fact that you need to change reflectors once per year. Add all that up and at the end of the first year that hid setup doesnt look so much more "economical ". Hid reflectors lose 10-15% of there reflectivity in one year. Also if it is a new build out you have to buy less ac so that had to considered as well.
