may be a moot point, but I HIGHLY recommend using a different circuit for your vacuum.....
put your hand on the cord next time... and you'll see what I mean...
You don't want to load up circuits like that.. good way to start a fire... and don't say the breaker will save you...

What 110v circuit can handle that much power? None. Your pulling over 27 amps with the gavitas, and the t5 was pulling almost exactly the same power.

I'm confused, as you would need 220v power for this, yet your using a vacuum on the same circuit, and I've never seen a 220v vacuum.

I'm impressed with mine in the mother room, but contrary to manufactures claims, I don't think it can come anywhere close to replacing a 600w. I get t5 node spacing with 400w growth rates.

It's a completely different monster. But like you said. Great for veg.

I have a separate panal on the opposite side of my barn. Not as big as my 200amp main maybe a 100 amp. The stretch of plugs down my wall have 8 total outlets. I had 6 t5's & I pump recirculating water. The eight I would use for my shopvac from time to time.


I love the coco!

And the breaker blows from time to time. All I'm saying is it's not like that now. I eliminated 6 t5's & added 3 different fixtures

Gavitas are stronger they push out 1150 watts. Nanoluxes are 1250 watts.. no they are not cheaper to run.. they use more wattage so they are more expensive to run.. they are more efficient you can yield much more with a de fixture. They are hot though. You'll need an ac.. I read 4000 btu per light.

The Gavita 6/750 flex lamps are where its at for me. 6.5 foot michigan basemnts. 1000 de is just too much. These are professional greenhouse supplement lighting. And greenhouses have giant ceilings. Mine lamps replaced the 1000 watt single ended lamps and hoodsi was using for years. Best move i ever made. Harvesting alot more weight and less electricity costs doing it. 8 of them are 6000 watt (i rarely use the 825 setting). And those 6000 watts of Gavitas give up more buds than 8000 watts of 1000 watt single enders. No question. Sign me up.

Gavita and Hortilux Schroeder (p.l. or poot for you old timers)lamps are in about 90% of supplement light greenhouses on the planet. What works in what the pros use with millions of dollars in crops on the line almost always works for us. Just wait till coco coir slabs catch on in the u.s.a. Now we are talking!!!

Coco. I love he coco. And I doubt everyone is gonna use it. They love fake dirt "promix"
