Lol that I wish my good sir. In all seriousness does she look good for where she's at?
Holy shit i want that shirt!
The plant looks healthy besides the fact that she stretched like a beanstalk. What you can do to combat this stretch next time is to reflect the cfl bulbs ONLY at the plant. Your loosing alot of light and growth having them bulbs open free like that. Other then that she looks good & yes iys possible to grow that plant without that much stretch on 100w.just wanted to put this out there what do you guys think View attachment 3529578 View attachment 3529580View attachment 3529587

For the amount of lighting, i'd say your on par. Keep up the good work!
Thanks a lot guys I really dont know since the my first time but if you guys say she looks good then I'm happy. For what you have on them they look good and healthy.
Can I suggest getting a small HPS or MH light instead of adding more small cfl bulbs? You will get much more penetrating light and a wider canopy of light than you do with your current light setup and not lose the lumens you do with running all the cfl's. Your buds will swell up and thank you for it. You can also get an HPS or MH fairly cheap these days. You can even buy an outdoor light for like a garage or something and get a decent 100W MH for about $40 at your local hardware store if you are on a super tight budget. So you figure if you buy 2 of them at $80 total, you have 200W of HID lighting that will outdo the cfl's you have and plan to add. Just a suggestion for the frugal folks.I will be getting more lights and some sort of reflectors soon!
Wouldn't I need to get a ballast ? I always thought mh and hps needed ballasts to run and they're noisy. Either way I just bought 2 splitters and I attached them to an extension cord and found 4 more 2700k cfls so I just bumped it up to 200 watts. Can I suggest getting a small HPS or MH light instead of adding more small cfl bulbs? Definitely go with the hids. You'll never go back to cfls. Yes you'll need a ballast but if your just buying a small unit (under 200 watts) it will probably come with everything you need built in. I only use cfls for cloning and seedlings. After a couple weeks they go under a 400 watt air cooled hood. After they're vegged to my liking they end up under a 600 watt air cooled. Where they grow happily ever after.Wouldn't I need to get a ballast ? I always thought mh and hps needed ballasts to run and they're noisy. i disagree ... u can veg fabolous plants under cfls.... Hps or led for flowering for sure tho.... but cfls are great for vegging, low cost, low heat , u can keep them close to avoid stretching....Definitely go with the hids. You'll never go back to cfls. Yea I'm not trying to veg "fabulous" plants haha watt for watt cfls cost more to run and produce more heat then HIDs. And good luck air cooling 10~20 watt bulbs hahai disagree ... u can veg fabolous plants under cfls....
