Isn't 60f a tad on the cold side? I always read to keep between 65-69. And yes I also heard of people using ro that still get the rot. I love dwc for the fact that the plant only takes what it needs, and I've still hit great numbers even after a bout with the pyth.
And as for their feed chart it is ridiculous. I've never run that high using dwc
68* is a general rule of thumb, that's what I run in a top drip recirculating system. I like to run DWC a little cooler, the cooler the water the more o2 it can hold. Cool temps and high o2 concentration will help with the pyth.
