I am quite worried about a situation, advice would be appreciated.

The thing was that I hadn't bought any sudafed before that time I was denied. But you are right and I'm taking steps to work on my mental health

you need to get this manageable before you start university or else you will be really overwhelmed. youd be surprised how many university students end up checking themselves into mental health hospitals

not to sound rude so dont take it that way but if youre overweight, start by shedding the extra lbs, it really does help

I'll check out the link. Thanks for being understanding about this. I have worried about different issues in this way and now I see how ridiculous I was. But I am working on this because you are right and law school will be a much different game. And it's really funny that you mention the thing about losing weight because that is something I really need to do lol

I went to uni for mental health and addictions social worker
although i have about a year or so left, - (maybe a bit more due to switching countries i need to do some law and policies for america now since all my knowledge is canadian based at least school wise)
but i also was an severe anxiety and agoraphobia sufferer

but this issue is eating away at you and it isnt healthy.

I actually have a bs in psychology!

You're absolutely correct. It isn't healthy at all. I keep thinking that that one text I sent will ruin my future career somehow and that maybe I shouldn't even be applying. But I am trying hard to push these thoughts aside. I have been diagnosed with OCD and major depression. I've had panic attacks before also. I recently switched my medication and I feel like it is starting to make a difference. I'm also going to be seeking the help of a therapist for CBD because I have additional issues that need to be worked on. I also have trichotillomania (which I am thankfully able to hide well) and the situation that brought me to this site hasn't been helping the trichotillomania at all.

the bs of psych is a bit different than social worker essentially im a counselor, prior or after to seeing a psychologist or doctor or that sort whatever you call them where you live
although i was required to take child developmental psychology which was interesting
anyways yes see your therapist,
your future isnt ruined, but if you continue to let this grasp hold of you and eat away at you, youre going to send yourself into a frenzy


i can close the thread for you so you cannot reply anymore should you feel you are getting too worked up , or you can unwatch the thread if you feel you can no longer watch or participate without driving yourself nuts.

Yeah I still keep worrying about random shit I shouldn't worry about (like if I'll be able to renew my passport or not or that I won't be admitted to the bar association because of this). I think I'll just unwatch the thread
