When Bush left office, we had won the war in Iraq. Obama turned that into defeat. Pretending the president sets the budget is just plain dishonesty. It was the Republican majority in Congress, elected as a rebuke to Clinton, that set Clinton's budget. Still blaming others for Obama's failures. I suppose next you'll be telling us how Hilary is qualified for office because of her "exemplary" record as Senator and Secretary of State.
