I really don't have much sympathy for people who run from the police..... Running is a choice you make that causes everything else to go to shit.....

He threatened that first cop at his car door.... Maybe a little knife but it could be deadly and nobody should have to take that chance....Tasers out because those don't work against pcp.... So this cop was left w shoot him or let him run away

Don't know that he should have unloaded tho..... But he looks like a bitch so he was probably scared

Yes, he was a threat. Had he advanced, totally justifiable shooting imo. He didn't. No immediate threat means you have time on your side, as a responding officer.
