No ..... It was way over the top..... Fourteen shots on the ground is pretty much murder..... I don't see anything wrong w the first two tho...... I can't ask that cop to bet his life that he can resolve that situation peacefully.... He was high on pcp and had already threatened a cop w a knife.....

MANCHESTER TWP., York County, Pa. -- At 10 p.m. on Sunday, Officer Lynn Anderson pulled over a man for a routine traffic stop. It ended with the officer and the driver exchanging gunfire. Authorities are still searching for the shooter, but they found his car this morning.
The shooter is 24-year-old Trev Bowies Jackson. Officer Lynn Johnson stopped Jackson at the parking lot of the Crossroads Shopping Center in Manchester Township for a suspected DUI. The officer said he smelled marijuana inside the car.
Jackson pulled out a gun and fired shots at Anderson and fled in his blue 1994 Buick Sedan.

I'd rather hire the right man for the job with some common sense and street smarts. Notice how the policing in this country has gone to shit in the last 20 years? That's because most of the older guys were battle tested in Vietnam and retired .
I'd hire veterans to be cops, I know 3 guys who served in Iraq-Afghanistan and all failed the Chicago police Department Psyche test.. They reject those guys n hire this fuckin idiot with a Power inferiority complex..and Don't even fire this dipshit after a 350k settlement and 20 complaints...
You know 9\10 people won't waste their time filing some grievance with the police because they know its a waste of time. So that number should be multiplied greatly in reality.
Hinsdale Illinois has almost no blacks or Ricans or Mexicans..so this guy is way out of his element working the 8th district and it shows.

He had a knife in his hand, still way excessive to shoot him when non lethal methods could be deployed but the subtitles make it seem like they shot a homeless guy for no reason whatsoever.

Wow! I must have watched that video at least a dozen times and I could not make out a blade in his hand, but I also saw that the cop was on the yellow stripe and the kid was a full lane away from the cop on the white line whats that 10 feet away? How much of a threat can he be from 10 feet?
