I blame ANY president for security breaches, internal and external violent attacks on our interests, people and property........ lack of military leadership, and indirectly for the state of the economy - not wanting or being able to balance a budget whether that's via his role model, policies, or influence on Congress to act. In that regard, Obama has failed on all accounts IMO.

Now that the world is in a state of chaos thanks to Islamic terrorism, any military or intelligence action taken now by Obama is a little too late. How many Generals has he retired because he didn't like what they were recommending?

Hopefully the next president will be able to secure our country right off the bat, but it could take a little time to unravel Obama's policies. Okay, even then I'll let that one slide. $77 million, right. Potentially that is a lot of money by all means... but... still less than the potential $124 million from our last President. Oh bummer.
