If it is "your property" can you use it in ways that you chose ? Or will somebody (the federal govt.) prevent you from using it?

I do agree with you that so called Federal lands should be relinquished and made available for more useful endeavors. One good thing would be homesteading of the land by people willing to work hard.

that's exactly the problem. it wasn't their land and they decided to do what they wanted to with it. there are rules for using BLM land for a reason. if not, it would be a free for all of people mining, grazing, burning etc.

there is alot more to the story than what the feds tell the public lol. there is another family near area 51 the feds have been trying to get to move for a very long time. the tactics involved are downright traitorous and criminal. nobody should ever take the side of our terrorist government. one day alive is proof enough of that. fact is; the feds want their land; and what comes with it. the fed is the largest propaganda network in the world. seriously. shameful anybody here believes anything they say honestly. number 1 enemy to all Americans is the federal government; and ALWAYS has been.

so did the fact that trans canada was going to use eminent domain to take over land to build the keytstone xl pipeline not bother you? the GOP had no problem giving a foreign company that ability because they are constantly sucking off big oil.

The people of Burns, Oregon don't even want them there. The Hammonds turned themselves into Federal authorities in California on Monday, and have said that they don't want the Bundy's to represent them.






On top of this the Bundys have called for an "independent review board to examine the evidence against the Hammonds, we're just protecting Constitutional rights" (paraphrasing), so they have no idea what due process is and what to circumvent it.

You said it was BLM land just now, I thought you said it was your land ? Which is it?

If it were allowed to be peacefully homesteaded, the people that lived there and improve it could make a claim that it is theirs. Maybe even some of the people whose ancestors occupied it and were killed or tossed off that land by the Federal Government would consider moving there.

Since you seem to like rules...Do the rules for original land acquisition not apply to the Federal Government ?

Why do you think anybody should be jailed for breaking a stupid law?

Shouldn't you be advocating that before a person be jailed that they had to have harmed somebody else? It seems like you want equal oppression under the law, how does that help anyone but the enforcers and the thug / state?
