depends, if your new to working out yeah, just take it easy and repeat the workout in 72 hours. if youve been at it a few months you should be starting to push yourself more and more and so yeah definitely keep going.
watch that hell explain why.

oh yeah and listen to pin EAT PROTEIN!!!! any diet that ends in the word DIET probably isnt one to follow hahaha

I am very paranoid to eat anything besides fruit and vegetables because my weight fluctuates right now my base weight is 194 lb but if I fall victim to the munchies, It goes up to 199 or 200, because when I get the munchies I eat way too much and drink to much sugar drinks I've been doing good with resisting the munchies but in order to do that I have to drink alot of water, which is why water is my main tool for losing weight, I just want something that can give me the nutrition I need without adding to my lbs

Water is all I drink throughout the day..no soda, gatorade, anything...only water, and the pre workout I drink. I immediately drink a syntha 6 after working out with some oatmeal. After that it's chicken breast , green vegis and I eat yams..u can eat rice or potatoes.

Cheat days are good for the body

I stop eating carbs after lunch

Never stop working out

If ur only getting 2 sets of 4 reps... lighten the weight....it also seems you are fatigued and haven't any endurance. ..keep pushing and your body will adapt....you will he amazed what the human body can do

No problem

Oh chicken gets boring. ..tilapia and salmon are 2 fishes that I recommend. ..I eat alot of red meat..I get about 250 grams of protein a day

Don't worry about seasonings and what not ....you're not competing so who cares about water retention now. ...actually you want to be bloaty...helps cushion the joints when going balls out in the gym

If you see me I'm 5'5 ..210 lbs..my bf is about 15 to 17ish....I'm a brick shit house

You diddnt mention your goal.
makes it real hard to tell you how much to train.
I'm going to assume you want guerilla muscles and care not about actual endurance.
yes?
