What the hell dose stop your workout mean?No the only question I asked was when should i stop my workout, I didn't ask anything else just when to stop my workout, I didn't ask for ideas of workouts, or a diet, I only asked when should i stop my workout.
That sounds sweet. What the hell dose stop your workout mean?
As in one session? I typically workout 2-4 hours.. This involves cardio, weight training, and calisthenics. Typically I'll sauna to start for 30 (while stretching) run/ride a bike for 30, weight train for an hour, then calisthenics for an hour (pull /push ups, jumping, dips, abs) then I'll max out on glamour muscles.. Walk for a bit to calm down then eat healthy within 30 mins of leaving... I plan to do this for the rest of my life I would assume... You never stop working out that's kinda the idea
My routine is demanding but my racing is a source of income so I don't leave money on the table.
Simple answer for you, workout until your physically tired... Do this until your pleased with your physical self
