You mean the T5 lights?

When my plants sprout, I put them under a 2-foot T5 fixture with only one bulb installed. I put this light about 18 inches above the plants.

I have mine about 7" and it's about 83f, 8 bulb unit , just sprouted
Just trying to be of help:

They won't like 83 degrees as well as 75 degrees, and they can't even use light until they grow their first true leaves. So you might want to back off the light by moving the fixture higher, or removing some bulbs, or (preferably) both. I have 2 3-week old seedlings under a 2-foot T5 fixture with only 3 bulbs at 75 degrees and they are loving it.

Ok thanks !

I planted mine on the 13th too.... No more Rockwool for me. I looked closer and it actually opened skewed instead of upright. I think it was the seed.
Also they stretched last night so I've moved the t5 closer.

It's still stretching and I have it under 4 inches. I'm about to waste some electricity and use my 600w HPS.
Don't do that, a little stretch is okay,
When you transplant you can bury the stem as much as you want really with leaving room for it to grow

What's your temperature on top of the little flower

they look fine. the closer they are to the light the less stretch you will have. t5's tend to run cool so you can have them about 4'' away with no problems.

Ya. I moved the light pretty close. They're not stretching anymore and not burning. My t5 produces almost no heat, I have to grab the bulb to feel it.
