DWC is not time consuming.Yup. Your ready. And theirs so many ways to try it just like a throw in the corner test. Hempy is one. Never tried. Never will. A dwc is time consuming. The big factor with hydro is you need a ppm gauge and a ph gauge and use them. ALOT. and its not really hard to feed. Half strength and you can get through veg easy. Flower, half strength until you get the blast off then go full if not burnt tips. But to hand water 50/50 coco perlite for me at 6.0 ph 5 times a day in a 3 gallon nets me 200+ dry on a 400w. Quite fast growth too.
You cant overwater coco. Which is great. Just run off. 20-30%. YOU CAN DO IT!

Firstly, it is quite obvious that you've either never grown in DWC, or you have, and failed miserably.Quality better? Gtfo here
Faster growth yeah
Lol @ healthier- stronger..
No downsides? How bout power outage for 36 hours and lose a crop.
I've found that hydro produces healthier and stronger plants, which are also better in quality. The roots are able to grow more freely, and consume more water, oxygen and nutrients than they would with most other mediums.
Also, your comment about power outage makes no sense. If my power goes out, my main worry is the lights, air intake/exhaust, and my fans, not my airpump, because my water will contain enough dissolved oxygen to keep them happy for at least a day. If you're growing indoors in soil, power outage is just as much of a problem to you as it is to me.
