how likely is TMV very sick plants

Those I begged for a month now that I do 12/12 from seed I've been using 2gal smart pots which I think do good I have been thinking of going to 3 gal though

go to a 5 gal at least if you want to grow them that large.
and from the sound of it, the nitrogen was the seabird?
which is water soluble, so it's probably all used uo, or washed away by the first month of flower.
I like crab meal, neem meal, doghair (for the longterm), fish meal, and alfalfa meal as my nitrogen inputs.
The key is to mix the availability of the nutrients so it breaks down at roughly the rates that the plant likes.
Grass clippings are awesome too

In stressing over this I've come across TMV tobacco mosaic virus and am worried this could be what's going on I do smoke my cabinet probably does suck in a good amount of smoke but the air recirculates in the cab atleast once a minute, I've probably handled my plants/soil after smoking without washing my hands, how likely is this virus? or is this just really bad over feeding/ lockout ? I know I've had some bad practices of not washing my hands and bad habit of smoking I will be more careful of that now that I'm aware so please no lectures but in do need help in started three new ones and don't want to be wasting time if my area is infected,
EDIT: I have also dumped the soil I was using and going with fox farms happy frog mixed with petite

-Tobacco is a known vector of TMV. Handling, touching or smoking tobacco could spread TMV, practice sanitation with your cutting tools, like your scissors that need to be cleaned when pruning or making clones. Soils is another vector for TMV

-Just because a plant can be inoculated with TMV, it does not mean the plant is sick. Similar to how you can carry a virus but not get sick. In a weakened state a virus could take over, then the plant would show symptoms, but nothing like your pictures.

-Your pictures do not show a classic "mossaic" symptoms like crinkling, and uneven color, they do look like nutrient problems like overfeeding.

-Dont guess if you think you have a viral infection, the only way is to throw it out and start again, there isn't many treatments for TMV but there is some research using a milk dip to fight TMV. However you have to test for TMV with a kit.. Then think about treatment options. But I've been looking at the TMV problem associated with duds.. 1 out of 3 tested positive for TMV... So the cause of the dudding is unclear. Dudding and your problem are very different.

I would say you dont have a virus problem, but with any high value garden, I would control as many vectors as possible to prevent any problems.

Do you think the 2gal smart parts are ok 12/12 from seed ? Supposed to be impossible to rootbound In those, and yes the bird guano was the nitrogen, I had fish bone meal in the to but iv don't remember using it for N ..?
This is one from my last round 12/12 from seed Northern lights I think I had just started the nutes but didn't use much

that's a nice looking plant, healthy till the end, like it's supposed to be.
I'd have no problem using a 2 gallon if 12/12 from seed.
And fishbone meal doesn't have much nitrogen, it's more a slower release of phosphorus akin to bovine bone meal, without the associated risks.
Fish meal is the one you want for nitrogen
OH, and you can rootbound a smart pot easy as hell man

Glad to known, I really didn't think It was possible to rootbound a smart pot I thought that was they whole point of them ........ Ill stick with 2 gal instead if three , will how badly my plants got will that delay the finishing time?
