If they are legit they will check to see if you are...I started with around 120. I killed all the males, then all the hermies, then today I'll kill all the low yielders and strange smelling strains, then strains that tend to get bud rot.
Now I'll be down to around 20-30.
I'm trying to find a nice variety of smell, taste, potency, smoothness, color and resistance to problems.
I REALLY HOPE COPS DON'T COME BACK OR CALL THE LOCAL GANG =(
Why would the cops leave THEN comeback? How soon should I expect them to return??
Can't make everyone happy. If they are legit they will check to see if you are...
If they arent...they wont come back... but that doesnt mean you wont have an unexpected drop in.... and thats what id be most worried about...
Dunno what your deal is but your whole story just doesnt jive...
If youre legit then your a big licensed op and you have nothing to worry about and you wouldnt be posting questions...youd already know this shit...
But as i said i think youre full of shit....
BS The home is one of the most cherished places in our society. Accordingly, it is one of the most legally protected places you can be. So much, in fact, that the Founding Fathers wrote it into the 4th Amendment, which states:He entered your house without your consent or a warrent for that matter...if your shits legal as you say I'd file a complaint
Yep and legal limit in ca is 99 I think. It also depends on your area and residence. The laws on plant count and dry weight allowance are extremely wonky. I think this is pretty similar to what we were talking about earlier. Not anymore . You will need a permit for that. Lol. And rec counts above the state limits were never legit . You would have to prove it in court in regards to SB 420.
Because the cops don't care here in California about a fucking pot garden. Get it through your head bro. They will literally look at your garden count plants tell you "nice garden" and walk the fuck out. Stop acting like your some fucking whining hater fucking snitch. Fucking scary some times the way some members talk on here. And if you really did have these 70 plants and all the rest and are really moving them.... why would you not assume youre being watched?
Hahahahahahahahah.....
You must be 12 years old or something
Dude, that's just words on paper. We learned that stuff in school then got in the real world and found out it doesn't work that way. You can get those rights if you have the means to hire good lawyers. Most of us poor schmucks just have to take it The police can do what they want unless they accidently fuck with some rich person. You only get Constitutional rights if you can afford it.BS The home is one of the most cherished places in our society. Accordingly, it is one of the most legally protected places you can be. So much, in fact, that the Founding Fathers wrote it into the 4th Amendment, which states:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. (emphasis supplied)
What this means is that as an American, you have the right to remain secure inside your house against any unwanted local, state or federal government intrusion. The police can knock on your door and ask to come in, but if they don't have a warrant then you have a Constitutional right to say "No" and simply close the door in their face. Many people are under the mistaken impression that you must allow the police to come into your house whenever they ask, but, thanks to the 4th Amendment, this is not true. And because it is the 4th Amendment to the United States Constitution, that means it is the universal law throughout all 50 states.
Of course, no American law would be complete with a short list of exceptions. Before we look at the exceptions to the 4th Amendment, it bears repeating that the general rule is that the police (aka the government) cannot come into your house without a warrant. That is the law. However, as mentioned, there are a few exceptions that have been recognized by the Supreme Court:
Kentucky v. King (decided 8-1 with only J. Ginsburg dissenting). In this case, police officers, who were conducting an undercover drug bust operation, followed a suspect into an apartment building after they saw him purchase illegal drugs. By the time the police entered the apartment building the suspect had gone into one of two apartments, but the police were not sure which one. They smelled weed coming from one apartment door so they chose to knock on that door and announce themselves as the police. So far, so good. The police work up to this point sounds like it was done by the book. But then it gets interesting. According to the Court, after the cops knocked on the door:
they "could hear people inside moving," and "t sounded as [though] things were being moved inside the apartment." These noises, [one officer] testified, led the officers to believe that drug-related evidence was about to be destroyed.Which begs the question: what does destroying weed sound like exactly?
And extending that question one step further, if something like the sound of weed "about to be destroyed" is all the cops need in order to come into our homes, then has this ruling, in essence, stripped the 4th Amendment of its power to keep the cops out of our homes? In this case, the cops got lucky and found illegal drugs inside the apartment after they knocked down the door, but what if they had been wrong?
The only thing 99 is ( lol ) is 1 short of doing a nickel at Club fed .Yep and legal limit in ca is 99 I think. It also depends on your area and residence. The laws on plant count and dry weight allowance are extremely wonky. I think this is pretty similar to what we were talking about earlier.

Well...actually...I was referring more to your whimsical narrative that you came up with which sounded like you just got so high watching The Wire that you forgot you weren't a part of the show
People just don't listen your Rec ain't worth a shit in that regard. Go read it on cal normal . Your doc scammed you. Fucking cluelessAlright everyone, this will be my last update unless the cops come back.
My plant count is now at 27 and I have under 2 pounds on me. I was lucky enough to meet a local grower who can hold onto my other strains for at least 2 months. I called my Dr. and their office told me my rec/license is good for up to 99 plants and 8 pounds. So I feel slightly better about staying here for a few more weeks. I'm now looking for a legit spot to move and set up an even better project.
Peace out everyone.
Even if this was the case it would be the doctor held accountable for fraud, as far is the OP should be concerned he is completely legit....he shouldn't have burned or moved any plants imo but that's the law for you, can make you feel guilty without cause for it!lol.People just don't listen your Rec ain't worth a shit in that regard. Go read it on cal normal . Your doc scammed you. Fucking clueless
Gave all your weed and plants to a local grower you were lucky enough to meet?.......... PricelessAlright everyone, this will be my last update unless the cops come back.

Yes I feel lucky to meet someone.Gave all your weed and plants to a local grower you were lucky enough to meet?.......... Priceless
The Dr. put his license on the line to give me a recommendation. He is now responsible. If some cop eventually comes back and gives me a court date and a judge finds that my condition is not consistent with my recommendation, then the Doctor could have his medical license revoked. I have a good feeling a doctor wouldn't want to risk throwing away over 10 years of school and hard work just to fraud a person who just wants to grow his own medicine LEGALLY, safely - by the books.People just don't listen your Rec ain't worth a shit in that regard.
