Best thing to do is cross your fingers and hope it makes it. Not much you can do for seedlings. I have a wonder woman I popped and the cotyledons have opened up and no true leaves are coming up. I attribute it to being a weak seed. It happens. Hope it pulls through for you though.

Ripping the seed shell off can damage the cotyledons or the first true leaf set. I typically just add a drop of water to the shell if it being difficult. the water will soften the shell.
Also, if you germinate the seed in the soil, when it makes its way out of the soil the friction will pull that seed shell off naturally.
Lastly, by now you should be noticing that the seedling is straightening up and you may even see the first set of leaves coming in.
Less is more with seedlings, they're so delicate and our fingers are so large...

Some seedlings show mutations and deformities. If you have a seed shell that is stuck, misting it with a spray bottle is a gentle way to loosen it.

It's ultimately up to you but on my last run, the runt og kush seedling turned out to be a keeper.

Seems like you go something outa balance along with over watering . Causing the such slow growth and droopy leaves , I've had my share off mess ups , temp looks dead on humidity looks good , I'd just leave em alone for a few days and see what happens , Lower humidity enough and u could raise the temps to better dry em out , or put a fan blowing across them but not directly on them should also help ... Seems a lot of people make the mistake of over watering there plants , best thing if ur unsure Dnt do anything on the watering let the plant show ya , feel ur pot see if it heavy or light ...

Hey, thanks for all your help. It's managed to survive and seemed to be doing pretty good... until i accidentally dropped it. I replanted it the best i could and let it sit for a few days. Im not having the best luck for my first plant. Now it looks like this, i'm concerned about the bottom two leaves. They're becoming yellow and shrivelling up. Ive been watering around every 36 hours with ph 6.3-6.6. What can i do for it?

As needed . I usually let the soil dry until the cup feels light or u can put ur finger in the soil and it feels dry , it all depends on setup , see my fans move a lot of air so the top layer of my soil drys quickly , even though my room is 75 and low humidity , if ur rooms is hotter it probly dry quicker . I use a plastic spray bottle at that stage one u can get a small plastic straw on kinda like a wd40 can so u can put it down in the soil do a couple squirts to ur liking

I use happy frog and ocean forest 50/50 mix in the bottom of my big containers I use this stuff that looks like insulation but it's to retain moisture and also allows water to drain threw the holes without soil packing em up , ... But like Cindy said might not be bad to repot and try again , it's hard to say how much water to use , offen times the top is dry cause of the fans movin air but down below its wet which in thought causes u to think they are dry , I've left mine for couple days I bet that cup didn't have a oz of water in it but they was still alive so u can get by with less water then more in my oppion .. But like I said use a small water bottle and spray the top and what I do is put couple small holes around the sides bout 2 inches from top so I can spray there , everyone has there own lil secrets they use just have to do what works for you

I don't know what kind of soil you use or whats in it, but looks to me they are over nuted. Nute burn. Those young leaves should not be brown. That plant is way too young for soil with fertilizer in it. Get that plant in some seedling soil. Menards has all there seeds and shit out already. super cheap too.

its possible that the soil could be bad quality, i didn't buy it new. Does anyone know where i can get good quality soil online (Europe)? Also, i have a bottle of superthrive (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000VYIZWU) and Plant Magic Magne Cal+ (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B009O1RUMC) can anyone give me tips on how and when to use it? The top leaves are doing fine so far as i can tell, but the two on the bottom have only gotten worse. Thanks for all the advice.

Use Amazon bro . I've gotten nutes off there cheaper then my supplier can get things to me . They have everything that you need . I've never bought soil off there so shippin may b pricey but nutes and starting cubes and ph ec meter they got it all . U shouldn't feed nutes for atleast 4 weeks of not longer my soil mix I was told was hot so I could go longer ...my nutes r general hydroponics , they got the feeding schedule online also for every system . Broke down to tablespoons to ml ... Not sayin what I use is the best but I feel its one of the best ... Listen to people on here and Dnt get creative bro it's a plant there not some special sensitive thing that is hard to grow , keep it simple, biggest thing is keeping things the same . Ur gonna fuck up but learn from ur mistakes we've all been there none of us woke up and grew weed like Jorge Cervantes lol . My nutes have been adjusted so u can use the exact guidelines , some nutes u wanna use lil less even feeding at full strength , but for young plants even when u Dnt no if u should be feeding use like 1/4 strength mix see how they respond , the stage ur in u shouldn't feed at all .. The pic below are my plants 3 weeks old from seed the top two on the left I've given nutes to just to try those seeds were home grown so there more less my guinny pigs ...

Thanks shadytrees, ill hold back on the nutes for another 2-3 weeks till she's more developed. Considering those photos are 3 weeks from seed, mine seem to be growing pretty damn slow. They've been about a month form seed and nowhere close to the size of yours. Could it just be the strain - do Northern Lights take longer time in the seedling stage, or am i just doing something wrong? Im growing 2 NL plants at the moment, a week apart in age, and both seem to be going pretty slow in the same environment.

Mine are a lil behind also but I didn't add my 400 hid till 2.5 weeks into it and I went from solo cups to 5 gal pots cause my 2.5 gal containers didn't come in in time and my plants were root bound ... The over watering can set em back some also , what kinda lights and how far r u running what is ur daytime and night time temps
