Not that that will ever happen, but if it did a liberal judge (as defined as one who puts personal ideology before Constitutional law) would be in violation of what was originally ratified.
I made statements on the fact that Scalia was an Originalist, confined by the Constitution while in violation of his own personal beliefs. He publicly stated it just that way. He's a noble man that is and will be missed by millions.
