One half of the people that took that poll are idiots.Currently after 10 passcode attempts iphone erases all data. genius
some random poll disclosed people are divided on this topic and half think apple should coperate with the feds.
I've really never been much of an Apple guy, although I've always recognized the company's technological and marketing genius. But I'm impressed with their hard stance against gov't bullshit, so more power to them. I hope they/we win this one...
Here is a good article detailing the events, and the scary possible repercussions for citizens if the gov't should prevail -

LOL, the feds asked for the wrong thing and that was their tell, Apple's just refusing complicity in this grab. All the Feds should have asked for was the data. Why do they need a program to recover data from all iphones? The Feds should have only asked for the data from this phone? What they are asking for is overly broad. There should have to be a subpoena for every data recovery that is tied to a case, otherwise it's an arguable 4th amendment issue.I've really never been much of an Apple guy, although I've always recognized the company's technological and marketing genius. But I'm impressed with their hard stance against gov't bullshit, so more power to them. I hope they/we win this one...
