Idk. I do and I don't. I think it's enough that we are allowed to grow weed legally at home for personal use. They don't clarify how much 'personal' actually means.

However if they are working on that scale, it's quite obvious that they are trying to make money, they have to face the repercussions. Do the crime do the time so to speak.

If it had been 100 plants and not 950 it wouldn't even be in the newspaper. They would've got away with it. So in other words, they knew what they were doing. Personally I think the decrim situation here works really well, if you don't take liberties.

I don't know enough about the laws there to comment on relative reasonableness. It just seemed to me that putting elderly (especially, but really anyone) people in jail over the husbandry of A HARMLESS PLANT is wrong.

Wrong in this case is defined as a wrong by the state against its own people.

The government doesn't take revenue (tax). They can't, they don't tax alcohol or tobacco so they'll never tax weed.

Of course we should be allowed to do what we want, but we are, to a certain extent.

Spoke to a guy recently who got busted for 15 lights and he didn't go away. You just get a fine or less, a warning.

The police won't make exception due to their ages, the case will be about the number of plants and how it was a professional grow operation. They may get lucky, we'll see..

we profit from it being illegal, legalize it and the price goes down and the gov make big coin, it makes some people cray or even psychotic growin it turns you into a nut imo

Yeah I bet you smash it. We count in lights here and not plants so a typical spanish SOG grow with 20-25 plants per sq would be 4-5 lights. Do you have loads of huge trees? I love the US style of growing. I just put 9/12 plants per light. Fewest I've ever done was 6 when I started. Dia is in CO, bet it's amazing!

Speaking from experience, I can see that operating in a decrim area is much better than an illegal one. We definitely sleep better at night. We're not risking our liberty ( unless we want hundreds of plants).

Is it better to pay a tax on a profit or no tax on no profit? Lol

We do €5 million / mth here in weed, just what's accounted for though!

well you can believe its a harmless herb if it makes you feel better but the truth is it fuks some peoples lives especially getting caught growing it, also it does adversely affect some mentally, not too many but a percentage shouldn't go near it, some it just turns into bitches and amateur psychologists lol

This caught my eye. A 67 and 69 year old caught with 950 plants on Saturday. It happened over here and it says that one of them refused to open the garage (I'm not surprised) and they are still looking for the 69 yr old French landlord. Who's probably in France now! Lol

Wonder what they'll get for it? Got to be 2 years min. There's not a chance they can blag this amount, even if they were Catalyuna's very own Rick Simpsons.

So it assures me that I'll never be too old to grow weed. I like it!

This is a freebie seed called Grand Heft Auto and its 7 weeks now, only its not been grown the right way..it was under a t5 for 1 week, then put in flower room on 12/12 under cob led light for 3 weeks and its now under a 600w hps for the few weeks, also in 12/12...

Yield is gonna be shite but this has grown with no love or care lol, just left to grow..
