@dbkick sure thinks so, and he's seen it in running on my mags here. I'd expect easily thirty percent more output, and it's likely running LESS watts doing it; it's a digital unit and so it's almost certainly more efficient than a magnetic ballast and therefore would pull less excess wattage to provide the lamp with the same 1kW.

If it works I'd have to get at least one, but I seem to be on an ambitious COB LED upgrade schedule...
