Fuckin' fine as fuck.
I wouldn't believe that the nutrients would kill beneficial as long as you are NOT over feeding and have tons of salt buildup. I use great white in coco. First time I use it I wait until the seedling/clone has a decent root structure forming, then I mix the great white into a solution instead of sprinkling on top of the coco. Then the second use is a week later when I transplant from solo cups. I'll sprinkle it directly around the root ball at transplant, and the roots absolutely blow the hell up doing this. Key with any beneficial is to make sure you are using reverse osmosis water. I've used great white with tap that has sit out, but I still don't trust tap. I always see roots at the bottoms of the pots a bit sooner when using beneficials...they absolutely love coco, it's so gentle to your roots!Hello! THis is my first post here, so yeah.. Hi
Just wondering if anybody had any success adding mycorrhizae to their coco? I have a bottle of great white but have heard conflicting stories; some say it works, others say the chemical nutes (I'm using canna coco) would kill the organisms.
What is it?
SB, and example of over done, buddy planted shrubs all around the patio at his golf course, the guys doing the planting did not listen to how they were supposed to use the retention gels and they just poured some in the bottom of the holes for each plant. That night he watered and when they came to work the next day every one of the plants were pushed out of the ground by the gel and the hole was full of gel. LOLOh, I know. I'm referring mostly to water retention gels. A lot of people are going to tweak their preferred medium or growing method to suit their own personal preferences, but at some point it becomes counterproductive. Gotta know when to quit. I think water retention gels are a step or two too far, but - well, to each their own. I just wouldn't do it.
Hey whats the numbers on that gh cocotek nutrients? The grow and the bloom? Whats tye dilution rate to hit target ec?I wouldn't believe that the nutrients would kill beneficial as long as you are NOT over feeding and have tons of salt buildup. I use great white in coco. Make sure to re-enoculate every two weeks after those first two applications. I use it up until week two of flower.
Also wanted to go off topic a bit and say that I've been using General Hydroponic Cocotek nutrients this run and I've gotta say that they are working very well. Not sure how many of you guys have tried them, but they work!
I have some sample bottles up on the shelf. I just put 5ml of Bloom A and 5ml of Bloom B into a gallon.Hey whats the numbers on that gh cocotek nutrients? The grow and the bloom? Whats tye dilution rate to hit target ec?
The part A is on the leftDo they have any minimum analysis numbers? Like n p k and cal and mag numbers? 550 ppm is prettt good for just a tspn each per gallon. Sounds like just a tspn and a half would put me in the sweet spot. Do y9u notice any humics in one of the parts? Dark colored?
