This is bad for all patients and store owners. I have a hard time believing they will even allow more than the 80 dispensaries that applied today. The new rules will only allow the caregivers who operate and work at each dispensary to sell to ONLY their patients. No shop will do that and then will be probably forced to close in the future even if they do get to operate.

where did you see that because I've never seen no rules like that they had never introduced anything like that I've ever seen

the whole dispensary things really the Detroit scene right now.. they are only allowing for like 40 some dispensaries so like 130 were basically closed

the worst part about the whole detroit thing is all the guys that made it happen there have to re-apply and now there are other heavily backed places that are really going to take a lot of those mom and pops dispensaries out of the loop and to make that worse the big money backed places aren't the guys buying local and supporting local growers its the mom and pops places being closed.

I look at it as a legalization issue. I guess I joined NORML when it started and I am still a member. Bible belt is tough. I have no problem helping people with or without money. For me it's the cause. Just me. We are all different.

That's really unfortunate to hear. It must be the same places with the poopy top shelf strains for $15-20!

lol I wouldn't be going by no local city law, weed is legal in Saginaw, mt pleasant and around here for 1 oz or less only fineable, do you think they only fine people? Hell no people left and right getting weed charges and having to plead 74-11
these laws are a joke, I would start going by the medical marijuana site by lara the one that actually covers the actual state not just a local city.

but on a side note, how much more corrupt can this county get, the medical marijuana system is a joke anyone and everyone can get it, you honestly are paying to grow, smoke, posses weed to the state, does anyone see anything wrong with that? If you don't pay you risk losing your freedom, your rights to your kids, your drivers license, your property, So honestly it's like you either take the risk or pay the state $60 for 2 years which isn't expensive it's just the fact that it's all corrupt ass way for the government to get our money, same for all these bullshit regulations like above with this new bullshit Detroit mmcc I honestly hate this county if you think about it they rob us for everything that house you OWN, you never will ever actually own it because the government owns your land which means they could seize it anytime your late, or behind when it get's to a point. same for owning a business with all these licences, regulations, you think it's to help people or to protect you? Fuck no it's all to grab every dime they can out of you, same for insurance like car insurance a legal scam.

I'm done I give up.

You need to cite the case where the person was busted for selling it, cops came in he had too many plants, they could only take his overages and per the judge and his probation he can still grow, posses, and smoke while on probation due to his medical condition, you are also protected from prosecution unless they invalidate your card but honestly even if you get charged your looking at minmium sentences you probably wouldn't do more then 30 days in jail if you even did any, you can also Plead 74-11 if they invalidate your card which protects your drivers license from being suspended(as that's required when charged with any drug charge unless you plead 74-11) and record from getting messed up you only need to complete 6 months probation.

I honestly hate the cops/police they are as corrupt as the drug dealers out there, So I hope everything works out for you, but honestly I wouldn't even worry too much about it, unless you have a long rap sheet.

I was raided all at once last Friday mourning at grows and storefront Disp. locations. The laws have changed and they have NOT informed the MM public of MI about the changes! Every single plant was confiscated, along with all disp. sale products. Store fronts have been shuttered and employees arrested for delivery from the disp.
They had REAL CARDED MM patients come in and make buys. This is round 2 of ZERO tolerance! Charges are pending against me AND my wife and have yet to be warrented, but told it WILL be coming!

They are attempting to rack up big stat's and numbers and show the new intolerance for REAL medical needs to be out weighed by the AG Schutte's ignorance and personal desire for attention and furthering his political career!

I have been told left handed by House Reps and Sens that are sided to the cause that while it was my direct testimony in front of the House that drew Schutte's ire and me being one of the first on the list. All operating disp are being retargeted! ALL caregivers that can be linked to ANY disp.are being targeted for a "compliance check"!! This goes for those home growing for themselves too! They are weighing everything and pinching for weight!!!! #'s are the focus and ANYTHING with a root is counted!

I've said enough.....Time to attempt to cool off!
